Privacy Policy
How INPUT Technologies collects, uses and protects information submitted through this website and through our applications.
Who we are
INPUT Technologies operates this website from Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. This policy applies to information handled through this website, our project-enquiry process, and the applications we publish.
Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to understand and respond to an enquiry.
- The service you select, your full name, email address and phone number.
- The project details or message you choose to provide.
- Basic technical and security information created when you use the website, such as browser type, IP address and server logs.
How we use information
We may use personal information to:
- Respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible project or service.
- Operate, secure and improve the website and our communications.
- Maintain business records and meet legal or regulatory requirements.
- Protect INPUT Technologies, our users and our systems from misuse or security threats.
Legal basis and consent
We process information when you ask us to take steps in relation to a possible engagement, when processing is necessary for our legitimate business and security interests, when required by law, or when you have given consent. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with authorized team members and trusted providers that help us host, secure, operate or support the website and our internal business systems. These providers may use the information only for the services they provide to us.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect legal rights and security.
Google user data
Some INPUT Technologies applications can connect to your Google Account. This happens only when you choose to connect it, and only after you grant permission through Google's own consent screen.
Where you connect Google Calendar, we request access to your calendar list and events so that your existing commitments can be shown inside the application, and permission to create and update events so that sessions you plan in the application appear on your calendar. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts or any other Google service.
Google Calendar data is used only to display and synchronise your schedule inside your own account in the application. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or to train models, or share it with third parties except where necessary to provide the feature or where required by law.
Access and refresh tokens are encrypted before they are stored and are erased when you disconnect. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the calendar settings in the application, or withdraw access directly from your Google Account permissions page. Disconnecting stops all synchronisation, removes imported Google events from your calendar view, and keeps events you created yourself as local-only records.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
International processing
Some technology providers may process information outside the UAE. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use providers and safeguards appropriate to applicable UAE data-protection requirements.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including reasonable business, security and legal record-keeping needs. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Cookies
The website may use strictly necessary cookies or similar storage required for security and essential operation. If optional analytics or marketing tools are introduced, we will update this policy and provide any controls required by applicable law.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for information about the personal data we hold, request correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. Some requests may be limited where information must be retained for legal, security or legitimate business reasons.
