How our applications connect to Google

Our planning and training applications can connect to your Google Account so that everything you have committed to sits in one place. The connection is optional, granted by you through Google's own consent screen, and can be withdrawn at any time.

What the connection does

When you connect Google Calendar, the application keeps your schedule and your plan in step with each other. Commitments already in your calendar appear alongside the work you are planning, and sessions you schedule in the application show up on your calendar rather than living in a separate system.

What we access, and why

• Google Calendar only. We never request Gmail, Google Drive or Google Contacts.
• Your calendar list and events, so existing commitments can be shown alongside your plan.
• Permission to create and update events, so the sessions you plan appear on your calendar.
• A dedicated calendar that the application creates and manages for the blocks it schedules, keeping its entries separate from your own.

What we do not do

Calendar data is used only to display and synchronise your schedule inside your own account. It is never sold, never used for advertising or to train models, and never shared with third parties except where necessary to provide the feature itself or where required by law.

Staying in control

Access and refresh tokens are encrypted before they are stored, and are erased the moment you disconnect. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the calendar settings in the application, or withdraw access directly from your Google Account permissions page.

Disconnecting stops all synchronisation immediately. Events imported from Google are removed from your calendar view, and events you created yourself are kept as local-only records.
